Typically
our advice process consists of;
- Initial discussions with a client's management team
- Followed by
deep discussions on strategy and visions typically leading to
a defined mandate. This appointment is often formal with an NDA,
contract etc.
- Once a plan is in place we act on in a timely and often discreet
manner.
- Successful corporate deals and introductions initiated by Bricad
will typically lead to a "finders fee" agreed in advance.
In
specific situations Bricad can act as distributor and agent on
an ongoing basis to clients.
We
