Dag Richter of Bricad is appointed advisory board member of Hazelett
Strip Casting Corporation (Vermont USA). The particular business
development skill set and experience of middle eastern business
as well as Bricad's previous engagement as agent for IMS Deltamatic
was determining factors in this appointment.
Bricad is getting more involved with Sensor technologies
the leader in novel user friendly and economical Correlation fluorescence
spectroscopy technologies for protein research (drug development,
food technology and biologic research). We are currently developing
the market for instruments and raising funds for the next push into
new markets and assay specification.
Dag Richter was appointed by HealthCap (venture
capital firm) as chairman for their fund number VI.
Bricad moved offices to Coppet (Switzerland). This
move reflects our business needs better in terms of most work performed
offsite.
2010
Bricad agrees with Westmount capital on a broad based collaboration.
Westmount capital is a boutique investment advisor which among other
activities introduce natural resource companies to the European
investment community. Bricad's role is as partner to lead the medical
area essentially in the device and specialty areas.
Bricad initiated and advised Biomedic (China) for
their agreement with Euros implants as exclusive Chinese mainland
distributors for Euros full portfolio (spine, hip, shoulder knee
implants)
Bricad assisted Alpha Metals (Germany) in locating
sources for special billet products through the world.
Bricad Associates introduced TeliaSonera to IST
which let to a large scale cell phone in the school community joint
venture based on IST's market access throw their school software
package.
Bricad increased the sales of Vitrolife IVF instrumentation
distribution in the Swiss market and currently command a large market
share especially in the French speaking areas.
Bricad invested in and advised Aerocell in their
business development for a TK oncology diagnostic test both for
ELISA and POC use.

Wijk in Stockholm hosted and sponsored an
IMD business school alumni meeting featuring Sustainability.
Speakers were:
Dag Richter of Bricad (initiator of the event),
Gurra Kranz (management during Ocean Race events),
Cory Billington from IMD (taking the pain of getting things done),
Lasse Gustafsson CEO WWF S (action must be taken) and finally
Göran Garberg talked about WWF one planet living principles
taken on by Skogshem&Wijk.
The 120 happy guests were taken back by boat into the center of
Stockholm at sunset after dinner.

Bricad and Biomedic of HongKong join forces.
Biomedic is a premium distributor of medical devices in mainland
China and has a range of agreements with innovative Western producers
notably in the oncology field. Biomedic take care of the homologating
in mainland China and then sales and support to key hospitals throughout
the continent. Bricad assists in identifying, negotiating and managing
the relation with the principals in the West.

Bricad and Insite
management SA signed an MoU to jointly market the capabilities
of Insite. Insite management is a communication antenna site management
company with a large market share in Switzerland where it assists
owners of real estate to optimize the revenue from their assets.
This agreement specifically targets the market of international
Airports, fair facilities, passenger sea ports and rail systems
in the world.

Sensor Technologies
LCC appoints Bricad to assist in finance of their instrumentation
sales efforts. Sensor applies Florescence Correlation Spectroscopy
for very accurate protein measurements to practical use. Applications
includes scientific instruments being sold since early 2009 and
InVivo exact continuos glucose measurement without blood drawing
for diabetics. Bricads role is first as investor and secondly to
work with new co-investors.

Vitrolife
get CE approval and introduce a new oocyte extraction needle concept
called "Sense" which feature smaller diameter barrel than
any other approved needle in Europe.
Furthermore Packaging has changed for the needle kits with vacuum
pump hoses delivered separately to add more flexibility for clinics.

Modal, the
aluminium extrusion company, and Bricad work on the establishment
of a suitable market interface in Europe. Bricad has selected and
presented a range of advisors and and potential agents for different
areas and product ranges. The signing up of the required resources
are foreseen for September.
